Yin Yoga and gentle flows

Welcome to my yoga practice, a harmonious blend of somatic, meditative, and gentle techniques designed to foster a peaceful environment for inner exploration.

 

This is a space where you can deeply connect with your body through gentle movement, pranayama and relaxation, facilitating total release and restoration.

 

I invite you to embark on this more nurturing yet effective form of yoga giving both your mind and body a renewed sense of tranquillity.

Training includes:

British Wheel of Yoga (500 hrs)

Yin Yoga (With a variety of schools, including Bernie Clarke).

Qigong 

Flow and release

My love of breath work led me into the practice of Qigong, and I have now trained extensively with two schools - Forest Rock and Holden Qigong.  

​

Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice with a focus on working with energy for deeper calm and well-being.  Qigong can be likened to a gentle moving standing meditation and you can not help but surrender yourself to a deeply relaxed state.  A slow and accessible practice for ALL ages and levels of mobility.

Sound Baths 

Bathe in magical sounds 

Come and make yourself a cosy cocoon as you lie and get bathed in the beautiful, resonant sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and other magical instruments.

 

A 90 minute monthly offering - being guided into relaxation and coming around to a delicious nibble and the well loved Ayurvedic golden milk.
